Attendance/ Call to Order/ Approval of Minutes
- Meeting was called to order at 7:40PM.
- A quorum was reached.
- Previous Minutes for Annual Meeting minutes from
last years annual meeting were reviewed and approved.
Treasurer’s Report-

Open Issues
- Sidewalk Update
- Mailings, door-to-door, phone calls, emails
employed to get HOs to participate in the sidewalk agreement
- 48% response rate obtained from the community
- Wilkinson provided results, response pending from
legal rep, Bill Romanelli
- Repair to Phase 1-2 may not occur
- Repair to Phase 3-4-5 will occur as part of
Township agreement for dedication
- Dedication
- Board to discuss with township plan for dedication
once response from Wilkinson on the sidewalk issue is received
- Wilkinson has already approached the township
engineer for punch list re: storm basins, sinkholes, road paving, etc.
- All items must be resolved by August for
acceptance at the Township September meeting in order to receive funds
from the state
- Mailboxes:
- Several HOs finials have been vandalized
- Oxford Feed & Lumbar can order the finials (cost
approx. $20+ tax); purchase options being explored by Board
- HO to send Board website for finial
purchase
- Recent Vandalism:
- Stolen car on Inkwell Court
- Garage door with profanity spray painted
- Incidents of egging
- Board advised motion-sensor lights to ward off
vandals
- HO advised that lampposts were placed on some HOs
properties and the HOA enforced removal of the lampposts
- Board will solicit Township for assistance
with street lights
- Luminaries:
- Good response from community
- $200 budgeted for 2008, $0 for 2009
- HO requested that a group of HOs be established to
remove the used luminaries the next day on Phase 3-4-5 side
- Yard Sale:
- Poor response
- $0 budgeted for 2009
New Business
- Other Social Activities
- High School Easter Egg Drop – 25,000 eggs dropped
from a helicopter
- Attendance expected to be high (approx. 3000
people)
- 1PM
- No plans for traffic control
- Speeding, especially on Wickersham
- PennDot needs to resurvey for adjustment in speed
limit on part of Wickersham currently at 35mph; Township budget may
provide for this during 2009
- Board advised to call State Police for offenders
Homeowner Issues
- HO requested Township be made aware (again) about
traffic situation at Rt. 472 and Wickersham near Elk Ridge School;
Board to pursue with Township
- HO requested resurrecting the door decorating
contest; prize used to be a gift certificate from a local restaurant;
Board will take under consideration
- HO reported East Nottingham Township has created
ponds at storm drain areas on both Wickersham and Apple Tree; now a safety
hazard for children, will breed mosquitoes, and is gathering trash
- Board will present issue to Township and
send a letter to Conservation Corp
- Board advised HOs in the vicinity of areas
affected to write to Township to voice their issue
- HO reported section of curbing on Slate Hill Drive
still in disrepair, another area near a storm sewer that continues with a
temporary patch, and cave-ins; Board to re-address with Township
- HO at Lot 32 requested reminder to Township for
swale cap to be installed at dedication; Board will review with
Township
- HO advised that Monterey will match competitors
pricing; HOs need to call and request
- HO advised that community establish trash pickup
with one company
- CCR advised that Declaration would need to be
amended to allow this
