Attendance/ Call to Order/ Approval of Minutes
- Meeting
was called to order at 7:35 pm.
New Business
- CCR
Mgmt and the role it has played and will play in the HOA were discussed. A
list of committees and ideas for appointing people to take on duties to
lower annual assessments was discussed.
- Collection
of dues for 2005 was discussed. A current list of delinquent accounts is
needed from CCR.
- The
board reviewed the status of the operating committees.
- There
is a seat open on the Arch committee.
Action: LT to contact CCR to determine if Chair and
membership will volunteer for another year.
- Action:
CCR to contact those who were on last years Landscaping committee and
Advisory committee and find out who still wants to be involved.
- Do
a mailing requesting volunteers and make a chart structuring the
committees, and set forth rules for the committees. Action:
LT to include in the annual newsletter.
- Talk
about new insurance threshold and upping coverage at next meeting.
- A
possibility of forming a covenant revision committee was discussed in
order to take on issues needing revision such as number of Board Members,
fencing, etc. Will be tabled
until next meeting where committees are in attendance.
- Communication
with the community was discussed.
- It
was decided that we will have one additional open board meeting other
than the annual meeting – target early fall
- Quarterly
newsletter
Old Business
- Action: SK to contact CCR about meeting with Bandolini regarding their
desire for an easement.
- Reviewed
a lot which does not have an ARC submission for their fence.
One of the board members will make an onsite visit and the
homeowners will be requested to submit their information
- The
issue of the trash can rule change was considered not viable and will not
be implemented. Action:
LT -Decision will be communicated to the ARC and put into the
newsletter.

The
board has recently adopted the following wording on pool language.
This will be communicated in the newsletter and will be added to the
Rules and Regulations III, under C. Housing Structures under item #8 regarding
pools:
o
Above
Ground Pools
No inflatable or temporary pools are permitted. However, kiddie pools, which are defined as a toy pool that
is filled, emptied and stored in the rear of the house or not visible from the
street, on a daily basis are permitted.
- A
copy if the sidewalk/concrete report from Frost is needed for review.
Options for the sidewalks will be included in the newsletter and
web site.
- Mark
Murray, outgoing President has the HOA books. Action: LT will ask him for them.
SK to get bills from Andrew.
- It
was proposed to ask Al Kinner to be on the Advisory committee based on his
interest at annual meeting. Action:
AM to contact
- Brian
Carrozza may be moving it was suggested that Matt Miller take over the
website duties if necessary and that the domain “http://www.WiltshireAtOxfordHOA”
be purchased. Matt will coordinate with Brian. Andrew needs to be contacted regarding possible domain
name he may have already purchased. Action: AM to coordinate
- Action:
Lynley will formalize the annual newsletter and send it out for review.
- For
the next meeting contact the Arch, Advisory, Landscaping committees and
invite them. Action:
