approval letter to be checked with CCR

outstanding fees:
- Lot 20 – CCR sent
collection letter
- Lot 09 – Board to
recommend to CCR updating lien with current amount
- Lot 47 – Add’l legal
fees after last judgment; HOA Attorney was contacted for next steps:
- Late legal fees are
still outstanding, even though the judgment amount was satisfied
- CCR to send letter
offering a board member to discuss resolution prior to initiating
further legal action
- Lot 86 – Making
payments
- Lot 160 – Collection
action suspended at this time, for follow up (i.e. – offer payment plan
to HO, otherwise, legal)
- Board will now send
letter advising of current fees and offer payment options; if no
response, legal to collect
- Sidewalks
- Wilkinson rep (Romanelli)
signed off on tolling (July extension)
- Punch list meeting for
dedication needs pending
- Board to draft letter for
homeowners with information explaining the sidewalk replacement agreement
with Wilkinson, how cement blocks were chosen for replacement, breakdown
from CCR for testing inspector cost (HO cost), etc, etc.
- Board to pursue a minimum
of 2/3 signature pages to bind the association to the Wilkinson agreement
(will prevent individual lawsuits of dissatisfied homeowners.)
- No Parking Signs –
on Apple Tree, needs follow up with twp. by Board
- Community Yard Sale
- Dates: 8/9, 8/10; rain

- Board to put adds in
Chester County Press, Oxford Tribune, and Community Courier
