WILTSHIRE AT OXFORD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION BOARD MEETING MINUTES

Attendance/ Call to Order/ Approval of Minutes

·        CCR Mgmt contract was reviewed. Action: Contract resolution passed unanimously.

·        Bandolini Builders wants a variance to build a subdivision utilizing a right of way through the wetlands to a fire hydrant on Apple Court. Bandolini has the necessary permits.  Additionally they have said regardless of how they access the hydrants, they will attach to one of them in our development.  Scott will ask Gus what would be appropriate to request on behalf of the HOA and set up legal counsel if necessary. Bandolini should pick up any legal costs as part of the negotiation.  Action:  AM to call George in Oxford Township for any additional information on their variances.

·        The snow removal contract was verbally awarded to Carter and Sons pending the receipt of insurance verification and the pricing for calcium chloride.  Action:  LT to inform CCR of decision in order to finalize contracts.

·        Wiring language for satellite dishes needs to be clarified and added to the rules and regulations.

·        Landscaping and planting beds need to be redesigned to accommodate the new entryway signs.  Bids will be sent out for a redesign.  Signs for entryways in the 2nd phase were discussed and approved.  Old bids gained in the 2004 administration were reviewed.  Action: SK will contact original bidding companies to see what current pricing is.  Signs will be erected as follows: Wiltshire at Oxford sign at entrance on Wickersham and SchoolView closest to Fifth street, “W”s will be placed on the corners of Wickersham/SchoolView, Wickersham/ Cornerstone Court, and Wickersham/ Inkwell Court   Action:  LT to contact J. Shahadi to see if his contact would be willing to bid for redesigning the planting areas.

·        Sidewalks – Board approved the engineering consult for sidewalk analysis.  Action:  LT to contact CCR to send deposit for work.
