Dear Mr. Goodley,
 
I am writing to voice the concerns of the Wiltshire at Oxford community over the deteriorating condition of the sidewalks within the Wiltshire at Oxford development.  Large portions of the sidewalks are crumbling and falling apart after being in place less than two-years.
 
We are under the impression that the township is holding a portion of the escrow funds for our development until a final inspection, and acceptance, of certain facilities are complete.  These facilities would hopefully include the curb, sidewalks, detention basins, and roadways.
 
Being that the final maintenance of the sidewalks will rest with the homeowners and homeowners association, we would greatly appreciate your help in having the community facilities, especially the sidewalks, brought up to acceptable standards before any further escrow funds are released.
 
Please advise me if the date for the facilities review has been scheduled or if any of the information presented is inaccurate.
